  • Guest count, even a rough range
  • Venue address, or the type of space if it is not booked yet
  • Whether the venue has a kitchen, loading access and an elevator
  • Service style: drop-off, buffet, passed canapés, stations or plated
  • Dietary needs: halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies
  • Budget per guest, if you have one in mind
