Breakfast catering menu
Morning food that can be eaten at a boardroom table in ten minutes: bakery, hot breakfast, lighter bowls and a few dishes from the Levantine and South Asian morning table.
How much to order per guest
Breakfast portions are smaller than people expect, and the drinks matter more than the food. For a meeting of 60–90 minutes, plan on this per guest:
- Pastries or bakery: 1.5 pieces if it is the only food, 1 piece if there is a hot item.
- Hot breakfast: about 120 g of eggs or tofu scramble plus a side (potatoes or sausage).
- Fruit: 100–120 g, more in summer when it disappears first.
- Coffee: 1.5 cups per guest for an early start, closer to 2 if the session runs past 10:30 a.m. A standard 96 oz coffee box pours about twelve 8 oz cups.
For an all-day training session, order breakfast for the full group and a refill of coffee for mid-morning rather than doubling the food.
What's included
Breakfast is priced per person and includes the food on your order, serving utensils, napkins and disposable plates and cutlery, plus labels showing each dish's name and dietary codes. Hot dishes arrive in insulated carriers or on chafing dishes with fuel, depending on the size of the order. Coffee and tea come with cups, milk, a plant-based milk and sweeteners when you add the beverage service.
Real china, linens and a staffed buffet are available for client-facing breakfasts. Those are quoted as rentals and staff hours, shown separately on the pricing page.
Delivery timing for a morning meeting
For an 8:30 a.m. start we aim to have food set and labelled by 8:10. That means arriving at the building around 7:45, which matters downtown: some office towers only open the loading dock at 7:00 a.m., and security desks may not have your visitor list until the tenant's first staff member arrives. Send us the dock address and a contact who is in early.
Hot food holds safely in its carriers for a short window, so we avoid delivering breakfast the evening before or hours early. Pastries and fruit can wait on the table. Eggs cannot, and they should be eaten within the first hour for the best texture.
Ordering for mixed dietary needs
Breakfast is the easiest meal to make inclusive because many morning dishes are naturally vegetarian. A tofu scramble covers vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free guests in one tray. Foul mudammas and za'atar manakish give a hearty plant-based option that does not feel like a substitution. For gluten-free guests, eggs, potatoes, fruit and yogurt without granola are safe choices by recipe. See dietary catering for how we label orders.
Questions
About this menu
How early can you deliver breakfast in Toronto?
Early morning deliveries are common for meetings starting at 8:00 or 8:30 a.m. The real limit is usually the building: confirm when the loading dock and security desk open, and we will plan the arrival around it.
How much coffee do I need for 30 people?
Plan 1.5–2 cups per person, so 45–60 cups. At about 12 cups per 96 oz box, that is four to five boxes, with one of them decaf.
Can breakfast be fully vegan or gluten-free?
Yes. Tofu scramble, potatoes, fruit and foul mudammas (without pita) cover both. Everything is prepared in a shared kitchen, so tell us if a guest has celiac disease.
Do you set up breakfast or just drop it off?
A drop-off breakfast is set out and labelled by the driver. For client-facing events we can add a staffed buffet with china, billed by the hour.
What is the minimum order for breakfast?
Breakfast delivery starts at 15 guests with 48 hours notice.
